I have known Phil since 2015 when our home burnt down. Phil has a good eye for making a home flow great for a family. Along with the ideas that we threw at him, he understood the importance of certain features in our home and added the details to what we wanted. He was a good listener and input his ideas to make our project flow nice and workable as a big family. We have worked with Phil, KTM Home Designs, LLC, for many years on various projects for our farm. He helped us organize, expand & plan out our small farm office into a bigger & more usable space. Phil custom designed and built my home over 20 years ago and it is still in great shape even after raising 3 kids. My wife and I are still living in it and really enjoy it. We have known Phil Hough for over 26 years as he designed and built our first home, that we still live in. He was also instrumental in designing our shop, several remodel jobs in the house and an addition to our shop over the last five years. Phil is a wonderful designer, and he takes a personal approach to working with clients. Recently we have considered moving, and Phil was the only person that we wanted to design a new home for our family. He patiently listened to all the dreams and ideas that my wife and I had for the new home and came back with a set of plans they were very close to what we wanted in a home. We spent the next several months tweaking the design and getting things just right, he was patient, listened, made modifications as needed coming through with exactly what we wanted as a final product. Phil met with my wife and the interior designer to decide on hard surfaces throughout the house including countertops, floors, fixtures etc... giving us a final package to build the home. There is no one else I would have design our home.
